CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel any rental item from our company, and if there was any type of deposit applied to your order, that entire amount of your deposit will be credited towards future rentals for up to one year. After that time, there will be no more credit. If the customer wants a full refund, JumpNParty will charge a $30 cancellation fee.
